- Quoted before we roll. Tell us where you are, where the vehicle is going, and what you drive. You get the full price on the phone, not a range.
- No add-ons at drop-off. Hook-up and mileage are in the quote. Nothing gets tacked on when the truck arrives or when the car comes off the bed.
- Roadside plan or insurance? Most plans reimburse a tow, a jump, or a lockout. Ask when you call, and we'll give you the itemized receipt they need.
- Pay when it's done. Card or cash at the scene, or a secure payment link we text you. Receipt printed or texted.

Two things worth knowing while you wait.
While you wait on the shoulder
Keep yourself safe first. The car can wait.
- Get as far off the road as you safely can and turn on your hazards.
- On 99W or I-5, stay in the car with your seatbelt on. The shoulder is more dangerous than the breakdown.
- Keep your phone handy. The driver calls when they're a few minutes out.
- Have your keys and the address of your shop ready.

Things people ask before they call
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what's already on the board, so we give you a real ETA on the phone instead of a guess. Sherwood, Tualatin, and Tigard are usually quick. If we're running behind, we say so.
Will my insurance or roadside plan cover this?
Often, yes. Most plans reimburse a tow, a jump start, or a lockout. Call us first so you're not waiting on a call center, and we'll give you the itemized receipt your plan needs.
Will a flatbed damage my car?
No. The whole car rides on the bed, so nothing drags or spins. It's the right way to move all-wheel drive, lowered, electric, and classic cars.
Can you take my car to the shop I choose?
Always. You pick the shop. Our own mechanics at Aguirre's Mobile Auto Repair can look at it if you'd rather not shop around, but that's your choice, never a condition of the tow.
Can I ride along in the truck?
Usually yes, one or two passengers with seatbelts on. Tell us when you call so the right truck comes.
What about the things in my car?
Your belongings stay in the car. Grab what you need before we load it, like your phone charger, wallet, and anything in the trunk.
What if I'm not sure I need a tow?
Call anyway. If a jump start, a tire change, or a quick fix on the spot will get you going, that's what we'll do, and it costs less than a tow.
Do you tow motorcycles and electric cars?
Yes. Motorcycles are strapped down on the flatbed. Electric cars go on the flatbed too, which is the only safe way to move most of them.
